ENGLISH
Q.1 Write structures of sentences of all tenses and make five sentences of each tense. (Affirmative, Negative, Interrogative)
Q.2 Read the book “Anne Frank: The Diary of a young girl” and write a book review also find out 50 difficult words, search for their meaning in the dictionary and write them.

Read any storybook or Novel of your choice and write a book review also find out 50 difficult words, search for their meaning in the dictionary, and write them.
Q.3 Watch English news almost daily for half an hour and write at least 10 best news them in detail.
Q.4 Write a page of your diary describing your recent journey performed by you with your parents.
Q.5 Write a Discursive paragraph on William Shakespeare by collecting information from history in about 100 to 150 words. Early life- Education-Contribution for English literature- Award if any- Literary works etc.
Q.6 Make any 10 sentences by using appropriate modal verbs.
Example: You must obey the rules of the school.
Q.7 Write one sentence of each tense and change it into passive voice.
Example: My mother cooks food.
Passive voice: Food is cooked by my mother.

1. Read about at least five scientists and their contribution to chemistry, biology, or physics and paste their pictures & write at least 50 words on each scientist.
2. Make a Pictionary of 50 new words related to chemistry (Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4,) from the chapters and also paste or draw pictures related to the topic.
3. Answer these questions:
a. Why does the doctor advise putting strips of wet cloth on the forehead of a person having a high fever?
b. The melting point of solids x, y, and z are 298K, 314 K, and 398 K respectively. Arrange them in the order of interparticle force of attraction.
c. Describe an activity to determine the boiling point of water.
d. When 50 grams of sugar is dissolved in 100 ml of water, there is no increase in volume. Why?

You might have earlier read about it or seen it in some movies, but what is your unique idea of a smart home? If you have the freedom to conceive the design of your own smart home, how do you visualize it? Its dimensions, height, number of stories, unique features, different rooms, backyard, front yard, driveway, surroundings, garden, terrace, security, appliances and equipment, facilities and luxuries, location and look, etc.
